Very versatile in cooking, spinach is good for every part of your body. It is low in fat and cholesterol, and high in niacin, zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamin A, C, E, and K, B6, folate, calcium, thiamine, iron, copper, magnesium, phosphorous, and manganese. Need I say more!
My favorite food is the avocado. Not only is it loaded with healthy fats and fiber, one avocado contains more than twice the potassium of a banana as well as other vitamins like folate, B5, B6, Vitamin C, and vitamin K.
